Customers have a 24 hour period to consider their purchase and notify us by Email or by calling if they wish to return their purchase. Once the 24 hour period has elapsed all purchases are final.
If the customer wishes to refund, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the watch by post (tracked and insured).
The watch must be returned to us in the exact condition as was received. If the watch has been worn, scratched, scuffed or damaged by accident of intentionally by the customer no refund will be issued and the item will be returned to the customer.
All refunds issued will be done by the original payment method and will only be done once the goods are received at our offices and our staff have inspected the goods.
All refunds are subject to approval by Toorak Fine Watches and entirely at our discretion. By purchasing a watch from Toorak Fine Watches you accept these Return conditions fully without prejudice.
