The watch must be returned to us in the exact condition as was received. If the watch has been worn, scratched, scuffed or damaged by accident of intentionally by the customer no refund will be issued and the item will be returned to the customer.
All refunds issued will be done by the original payment method and will only be done once the goods are received at our offices and our staff have inspected the goods.
